TouchTone Surveys® (TTS) is a service that reliably collects field data from any group of respondents, large or small. Whether you require an opinion poll or specific feedback from a targeted group of consumers, our services convert key data into comprehensive web-based graphs that can be easily analyzed using our cross-tabulation tools.

Our survey methodology is not medium dependent. It offers participants a number of convenient ways to submit their responses (i.e. web, phone, or mail). This multi-medium strategy results in much higher levels of participation since respondents can choose the medium most convenient to them. The data collected from each medium is automatically combined into a central database for instant graph-analysis from a password-protected web page.

The process for setting up a TouchTone Survey® is comprised of three phases:

  1. Develop unbiased questions that are written in the language of the audience and not of the client.

  2. Implement an optimal data collection strategy using a variety of proven technologies that will ensure equal participation and accessibility.

  3. Populate, in ‘real-time’, comprehensive web-based graphs that include a set of flexible cross-tabulation tools for in-depth analyses
