Aaron Schlesinger, has been directly involved in the development of many major IP based protocols and applications that are standards today. Mr. Schlesinger has held MIS positions in large companies such as Oppenheimer Capital and Advanced Network and Services.
During his tenure at Advanced Network and Services, Mr. Schlesinger contributed to the foundations of the Apache Web Server, the worlds most popular HTTP based server as well as participated in the engineering and development of the Abilene project (Internet2). During 1995-96, Mr. Schlesinger joined a small ISP and developed a strategy to take it from a local provider to a large customer-centric ISP with over 25,000 customers.
Since 1997, he has held senior networking and technology positions and has been responsible for the technological direction of those companies. In 1999, Mr. Schlesinger developed breakthrough systems merging voice, fax, and data services seamlessly into one automated interface which allows small companies to manage data effectively through the Internet.
